Voice notifications
Jira Service Management can send notifications via phone calls. To enable it, you should add a Voice contact Add a voice contact method and a notification rule in My Profile pageon the Alert notifications page, and activate it. The voice notification contains the alert message and possible actions to execute run on the alert. Voice notifications are limited to a maximum 2 of two minutes duration.

Work with voice notifications
When you pick up the call from OpsgenieJira, it first reads you the notification message. This could be the message of a new alert, or an action on an existing alert, like acknowledged or note added, etc. After the initial message, it provides you with It then presents a set of actions you can execute take right from the dial pad on your phone:
Pressing 1 will read you Press 1 to hear the description of the alert.
Pressing Press 2 will to close the alert.
Pressing Press 3 will to acknowledge the alert (if the alert is not already acknowledged).
Pressing Press 4 will to escalate the alert to the next recipients, if there is at least one escalation for the alert. If there is only one active escalation at the moment, this will escalate to it directly escalates to the next recipients directly. If there are multiple escalations at the moment, this will list a given point, it reads out the names of active escalations and will ask the user to choose prompts you to select one.
Pressing 5 will read your Press 5 to hear the list of custom actions that you can execute run over the phone.
Pressing Press 6 will to start acknowledge acknowledging all action the actions for your alerts.
Pressing Press 7 will to take ownership of the alert , only if it's acknowledged by someone else.
Pressing Press star will to replay the options.
Pressing Press 0 will to end the call.
Aggregated voice notifications
Opsgenie Jira Service Management aggregates phone voice notifications and makes phone calls to the given number in at most 4-minute intervals. Events occurring in - between will be are aggregated for the next voice notification. While doing so, acknowledged and closed alerts during the aggregation interval are excluded from the notification. If all of the aggregated alerts are either closed or acknowledged, Opsgenie Jira Service Management skips the phone voice call.
Only Acknowledge All “Acknowledge all” action is available for such notifications. When user presses you press 3 to start Acknowledge All, Opsgenie executes acknowledge action “Acknowledge all”, Jira Service Management runs it only for aggregated alerts. Previously It doesn’t process any previously open/unacknowledged alerts that existed before the aggregation timer starts are not processed by this actionstarted.
On-call schedule notifications
You can get start and end notifications for your on-call schedules via phone. Opsgenie will call and notify Jira Service Management calls and notifies you near the start/end of your on-call schedule; you can configure this to be "Just Beforebefore", or "1 hour" etc. before your on-call rotation begins/ends. Schedule notifications can be configured in My Profile page; look for Schedule under Notification RulesSet up schedule notifications in the notification rules section.
SMS notifications
Opsgenie Jira Service Management can send notifications via SMS. To enable it, you should add Add an SMS contact method and a notification rule that notifies this contact on Settings > Profile Settingson the Alert notifications page, and activate it. The SMS content includes the alert message and the a short URL for pointing to the alert . SMS notifications sent by Opsgenie include a short URL that itself (opens up the web browser and displays the alert details). Users You can view alert details , and execute run any default or custom action using the view that is displayed.Please note that Opsgenie on the alert.
Jira Service Management aggregates SMS notifications and will send sends SMS messages in at most 1-minute intervals. Events occurring in - between the intervals of 1 minute will be are aggregated for the next SMS/Voice notification.

Acknowledge and close alerts via SMS
Users You can also acknowledge and close Opsgenie the alerts by replying to the SMS that they were notified. The short URL that is included as part of in the SMS notification has the data necessary to identify the alert the user is you’re responding to.
For example, if the SMS has the following short URL - httphttps://opsgmytestsite.in/ialert/4421 3456 - user should use 4421 as is the identifier (alert ID).
