Creates an incident in the selected service project. You can select fields to configure, and set their values.
This action can be used with the Alert created trigger and Alert fields condition Use this action to create a new incident when an Opsgenie alert is created and meets a certain criteria, or associate the alert to with an on-going incidentongoing incident.
You need to have a service project and a request type for incidents to use this action.
