Creates an incident in the selected service project. You can select fields to configure , and set their values.
Use this action to create a new incident when an Opsgenie alert is created and meets a certain criteria, or associate .
Optionally, you have the ability to link the alert with an ongoing incident.the new incident and to avoid creating a new incident if the action has already created an open incident of the same type in the project
You need to have a service project and a request type for incidents to use this action.
