Configure the integration in Dynatrace
In On the Dynatrace project page, go to Manage > Settings > Integration > Problem Notifications.
Select Add notification.
Paste the URL you copied while adding the integration in Jira Service Management into Webhook Url.
Populate other fields and send a test notification.
Select Save.
