In your GitLab project, open the Settings tab.
Select Webhooks from the left pane.
Paste the URL you copied while adding the integration in Jira Service Management into URL.
Select Push, Tag Push, Issues Events, Condifential Confidential Issues Events, and Merge Request Events from the list.
Select Add webhook.
