While you have access to view reports of all on-call teams on the Jira site, you also get can switch to view reports of an individual on-call team .
At a given point, you can access the report of either one on-call team or the reports of all on-call teams across the site. It isn't possible for you to selectively pick specific on-call teams and view the reports of only those.

This option allows you to switch between reports of an individual on-call team and all on-call teams.
Reporting under the Standard Plan includes Notifications Reports. Reporting under the Enterprise Plan and Premium Plan includes all categories of reports.
