At a given point, you can access the report of only one on-call team that you have team admin rights to. While viewing Team A’s report, you can’t view Team B’s report.

To view Team B’s report, you have to navigate to Team B’s Operations > Reports. (check nav)

Not all teams have operations capabilities. Even if you have team admin rights for those teams, you’ll not be able to view reports as they aren’t available. You can view which team has operations only after you navigate to a particular team. (check this)

To view the reports of all on-call teams

Before you view multiple on-call team reports, make sure you have site/Jira admin rights. Learn more about roles, permissions, and rights

To see which reports are applicable to your team, and to confirm when/if they are scheduled to be sent to relevant team members, follow these steps:

Open Jira Service Management, select Teams, and choose your team. If you don’t have a team yet, create one.

On the team’s profile page, scroll to the Operations section and select Get started. Complete the process to unlock alerting and on-call capabilities for your team.

Now, you’ll be able to view different types of reports of a single on-call team.

There are two ways to view reports of all on-call teams.

From Jira site settings

  1. On Jira Service Management, go to the top right corner and select the Settings icon.

  2. In the drop down menu, select Products.

  3. On the sidebar, under Operations, select Reports

  4. You’ll be able to view the different reports of all the on-call teams across your site.

  5. To view reports of any individual on-call team, go to the top right side of the page under the settings button, click the drop down menu, and select the team whose reports you want to view.

To view the report of an individual on-call team

Before you can view a team’s report, make sure you’re a team admin.

To see which reports are applicable to your team, follow these steps:

  1. Open Jira Service Management, select Teams, and choose a your team. If you don’t have a team yet, create one.

  2. On the team’s profile page, scroll to the Operations section and select Get started. Complete the process to unlock alerting and on-call capabilities for your team.

  3. Navigate to Reports from the side menu.

  4. You’ll Now, you’ll be able to view different types of reports of the selected a single on-call team.

    Now, You’ll only be able to view reports for teams that use operations.

Though you’re viewing reports for an individual team, you’ll have a shortcut to view reports of all on-call teams , go to the top right side of the page under the settings button, and if you’re a Jira site admin. To do this, simply turn on the toggle button Switch to reports for all on-call team
