To view the report of an individual on-call team

Before you view a team’s report, make sure you have team admin rights for that team. Learn more about roles, permissions, and rights

To see which reports are applicable to your team, and to confirm when/if they are scheduled to be sent to relevant team members, follow these steps:

  1. Open Jira Service Management, select Teams, and choose your team. If you don’t have a team yet, create one.

  2. On the team’s profile page, scroll to the Operations section and select Get started. Complete the process to unlock alerting and on-call capabilities for your team.

  3. Navigate to Reports from the side menu.

  4. Now, you’ll be able to view different types of reports of a single on-call team.

At a given point, you can access the report of only one on-call team that you have team admin rights to. While viewing Team A’s report, you can’t view Team B’s report.

To view Team B’s report, you have to navigate to Team B’s Operations > Reports. (check nav)

Mention that not all teams have ops capabilities.

To view the reports of all on-call teams

Before you view multiple on-call team reports, make sure you have site/Jira admin rights. Learn more about roles, permissions, and rights

  2. On the team’s profile page, scroll to the Operations section and select Get started. Complete the process to unlock alerting and on-call capabilities for your team.
