Integrate with Planio

Overview

What does the integration offer?

Use the Planio integration to forward Jira Service Management alert activity to Planio as issues. Jira Service Management creates new issues in a Planio project when an alert is created.

How does the integration work?

When an alert is created, closed, acknowledged, or assigned in Jira Service Management, a Planio issue is seen in Planio.
